I realise that the British fleet is depleted and foreign crews are heavily utilised on what is left but I assume that some British sailors are still employed.  Can anyone elaborate on that ?  Like how many British sailors are still employed, on what ships, and where do they get trained these days?  Stu

Stu, found this on a web site, doe's not give how many British seaman we have, but how many ships upto 2008.
