Dover District Council would like to invite PWSTS boys to Merchant Navy Day on 3 September 2007. The event will again be marked at Dover Town Hall with a brief service at the Stone Hall. The morning will start at 10.25 hrs with a parade of standards and proceedings will close around 11.05 hrs. Refreshments will be served at Connaught Hall.

Roger please dont feel you have to attend as we are all going to have a busy weekend before. Perhaps some of you Dover lads might be interested.

If so please contact me for more details etc.

Hi Andy,

Sorry I have just found this item, so hence the tardy reply!

I have it in my diary to attend with the Standard, if this is acceptable? I ment to e-mail you before Re: Dover, but where does the time go? I was so looking forward to the Broadstairs Sea Sunday, but went down with the flu and was in bed for 4 days, too weak to do anything. After that, nothing will keep me from Dover. Anyhow I will speak with you on Saturday and Sunday @ Tower Hill.

Brilliant news Roger smile  Ill pop all the info in the post to you this morning and let the town council know that the PWSTS will be represented. Ill make contact with everyone who attended last year.

Thank you once again mate for your unquestionable support.

Can anyone else attend?
