10.00hrs Muster of Parade and Bands in the Vines off Crow Lane Rochester
10.15hrs Parade Form-up in Crow Lane
10.15hrs VIPs in position at War Memorial to await arrival of Mayor of Medway and Lord Lt of Kent
10.15hrs Arrival of Mayors car and Lord Lts car at Blue Boar Lane. (The Mayor and Lord Lt. are respectfully requested to wait in their cars prior to being driven to the saluting dais at the War Memorial.)
10.20hrs Arrival of Mayor of Medway, by car at the War Memorial to await the arrival of the Lord Lt of Kent.
10.25hrs Arrival of the Lord Lt. of Kent at the War Memorial to be greeted officially by the Mayor of Medway and the Leader of Medway Council and invited onto the saluting dais.
10.30hrs Parade steps-off
10.45hrs VIPs leave the War Memorial and proceed to the Castle Gardens.
10.50hrs The Mayor and Lord Lts cars in place and ready to proceed to the Castle Gardens.
10.55hrs Mayor and Lord Lt in place at VIP enclosure in the Castle Gardens
10.55hrs Step-off of reformed Parade from Boley Hill into the Castle Gardens, form-up for Drum Head Service.
11.10hrs Drum Head Service conducted by Canon Rev. Paul Kerr music supplied by HM Band of the Royal Marines.
11.45hrs Conclusion of Drum Head Service. Mayor and Lord Lt. invited to the refreshment Marquee along with other invited guests.
12.30hrs Conclusion of Event.
