Dover Town Council is holding their Merchant Navy Day memorial service at the town hall on 3rd. September starting soon after 10:00, followed by a service at the Merchant Navy Memorial on the sea front at about 12:00.
I intend to be there with our Standard, and would love to meet anyone who can be there.
If you can make the town hall service, there is a tot of rum and tab-nabs after on Dover Council, and a coach to run us down to the seafront service. You will have to contact the council for a coach seat though!
