I was at the P.W.S.T.S. at Ingham hall, and the person on the right of the photo is my mate Joe McNeil from Ireland.  He left two weeks before me and although I met him in Australia on my maiden voyage I lost contact after that, but would dearly like to get in touch with him again.

If anyone knows of him or his whereabouts I would be grateful. Thank you.
