We are all with you in spirit, thanks to all representing our proud school today, and to all New and Old Salts every where, safe passage.
No dust have I to cover me, My grave no man can see; My tomb is this unending sea, And I lie far below. My fate, Oh stranger, was to drown, And where it was the ship went down Is what the sea-birds know.
Thanks Sax and a big thanks to everyone who attended the service at Tower Hill yesterday. The PWSTS had a fantastic turn out with many old boys travelling long distance to pay their respects. Sharkey has taken lots of quality photographs and as soon as I receive the disk I’ll update the web site.
You’ll all be pleased to know that the PWSTS Standard was the only MN Standard to arrive by full police escort along the River Thames with a salute directly under Tower Bridge.
Our thoughts are with the old boys and little cook who are attending the Dover service this morning. Good luck and thanks once again for all your support.
